By using Sayfa (the apps, the sayfa.app website and the API) you agree to these terms. The Turkish version is the reference text.

What Sayfa does

Sayfa is a tool that shows product, price and announcement information entered by businesses themselves, ordered by proximity. Sayfa is not a seller; it does not sell products, take orders or take payments.

Prices and information

Businesses enter prices and product information. We show when each price was last updated, but we cannot guarantee that a price is correct and current. The price at the till is what counts. If you see a wrong price, reporting it with “Price is wrong” helps both the business and other people.

Ranking and sponsored content

Results are ordered by criteria such as distance, relevance and price freshness. Ranking cannot be bought. If there is sponsored content, it is always clearly labeled.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not create accounts on behalf of others, overload the service with automated tools or try to access other people’s accounts.

Businesses

Whoever registers a business confirms they are authorized to represent it. Businesses:

  • Enter a correct name, address, contact details and opening hours.
  • Publish real, current prices and update them when they change.
  • Use only photos they have the rights to.
  • Do not publish misleading or illegal content or content that infringes the rights of others.

We may hide the content of unverified businesses or businesses that break these rules, or close their accounts. Information published by businesses is public and price history is kept.

Reports

“Price is wrong” reports must be honest. We may restrict accounts that knowingly send false reports.

Changes to the service

Sayfa keeps evolving. We may change, add or remove features. We try to run the service without interruptions or errors but cannot guarantee it; to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from using the service.
